1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What is collected and why

The enquiry form. When you send a Quick Quote request the form collects your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you have chosen and the message you write. This is used to call you back, arrange the visit, price the work and carry it out. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards to perform it.

Email. If you email info@247plumbersnorwich.uk, your address and whatever you write are used to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work.

Records of work. Where work is carried out, the details of the job, the invoice and any certificates or reports produced are kept as business records and, for gas safety records, for the period the law requires.

Technical data. The website itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies on this build. The hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running, and these are kept for a short period.

3. Embedded maps

Pages showing the area covered embed a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies and collect information about your visit in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The map is loaded only when it scrolls into view.

4. Who sees your information
